Because we do extensive business in China, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai and other cities, we have direct access to 5 year medical universities, 3 year nursing colleges and excellent connections with a host of hospitals and private nursing schools throughout China. We maintain records and contacts for a large pool of the best candidates, with the best backgrounds, schooling, experience, motivation and desire to practice their profession abroad.

With the first CGFNS test in November 2003 in Beijing, China and every 4 months thereafter, Chinese nurses will be coming soon in large numbers to help soften the shortages of nurses in this country. We are in the position to smooth this flow.

To help accelerate the process, Regent ProStaff Nursing has launching its "Regent American Nursing Education System" to prepare Chinese nurses for CGFNS and English tests. Under this system, partnering with our exclusive licensee in China, Shanghai Wenqi Education & Training Consulting Co. Ltd. we have jointly launched "American Nurse Training Program" and we will soon list the various Universities and hospitals that have joined this program at this web site.
